KCC Women's Basketball team faced a tough lost against Monroe Community College in the first round of the Region Tournament on Wednesday. Monroe's Women's Basketball team went undefeated this season, and is considered to be the toughest and the best team on the region. This game marks the end of 2008-2009 season for KCC's Woman's Basketball team. 3 of the 9 girls on the team are remaining on the team for the next season.
